ROSE'S IRISH SQUIRREL DELIGHT RECIPE

 ROSE'S IRISH SQUIRREL DELIGHT


Two squirrels quarter and dredged in flour, salt & pepper...in large fry pan braze in cooking oil...add thin mixture of flour, water, bay leaf and red cooking wine...cover and cook until tender over low heat.....remove meat and thicken liquid with flour, season with gravy master, salt & amp; pepper for gravy, bring almost to a boil....reduce heat, put meat back in....serve with mashed potatoes and green/yellow veggie.
